I gotta mention how smooth the buying process was. My Spirit CRS800s arrived right on time, just a bit over a week to reach me. The installer shot me a text a couple of days prior to let me know he’d be there on the same day to put everything together. He did an awesome job. Seriously, think about going with FEB for any gear you might need.

Israel was super helpful and really got what I needed. It's a trustworthy company, and I’d definitely suggest checking it out.

The support I received was truly exceptional. There were some hiccups with the delivery, but a big shout out to Israel for sorting it all out. He was super knowledgeable, quick to respond, and a joy to deal with. Plus, he’s got a fantastic team backing him up, so everything runs smoothly.

I had a fantastic time with the buying process. The delivery came faster than I thought it would, and the communication was top-notch. All in all, it was a superb experience. The gear was packed securely for shipping, arrived promptly, and the sales crew addressed all my inquiries, being open and well-informed in their suggestions and responses.

All that Israel said it would be. Awesome machine dropped right in my garage! Fantastic service! Wonderful folks! The only reason I didn’t give it a full 5 stars is 'cause I had to ream the holes for the seat cushion. Other than that, putting it together wasn’t too tough. Really love this machine!

Israel assisted me in acquiring a recumbent stepper that I bought. He provided me with a timeline for when it would arrive. The only hiccup was finding someone to put it together, but Israel managed to arrange for someone to come and do the assembly.

It’s been quite a challenge to get in touch. I left about three or four messages trying to make a purchase. I bought the gear but didn’t get any email confirmation or details about it. I sent around six to eight messages and still haven’t heard back. The equipment showed up on time, but there was no receipt, just some instructions on how to assemble it.

On 11/22/2022, my son-in-law and I bought a Spirit800s from Mr. Israel Colon. He was super professional and answered all my queries. As a disabled and partially paralyzed Chief of Police from Stone Harbor, NJ, and a state-certified police recruit training coordinator from Cape May County, NJ, I had specific needs. I was looking into a Nustep rehab machine, but once I got the Spirit, it turned out to be way better than the Nustep I had tried at the Smithville Four Seas adult community. At 75 years old, having had a stroke back in 2002 while teaching at the Cape May County police academy, I really enjoy this machine and the fitness programs that come with it.

Israel and Roni were fantastic with their communication and professionalism. We really enjoy the Spirit CRS800S, after we got it put together. By the way, the manual for the owner is located at the bottom of the control panel box. That was the only hiccup we had, but it got sorted out fast with just one email to Roni. Thanks for providing such a great machine. Now, if only it could do the work for me!!! :)

The staff here were not just professional but also super friendly. Israel, the salesperson, really knew his stuff and went over all the details and perks of the two pieces of exercise equipment I was checking out.

It's worth checking out different options because they offered the lowest price, no shipping fees, and top-notch assembly service. The follow-up communication after I bought was really impressive too.

UPDATE! I’m so relieved I reached out to Fitness Equipment Broker. After I mentioned my stepper was acting up, they gave me a ring, offered some handy tips, and helped me get my machine back in action. It was awesome 'cause I didn’t have to sit around waiting for a repair guy and could jump right back into using it! Their customer service is top-notch. OLD review: My initial experience with Fitness Equipment Broker for buying the gear was pretty good. However, the person who came to set it up wasn’t very useful and didn’t even check if everything was working after assembly. The first time I tried it, the main console was dead! I had to reach out to Spirit Fitness to send someone over to sort it out. It was a real letdown having to wait another week or so before I could get back to my workouts.

The sales rep Israel was incredibly supportive and helped us arrange for our gear to be sent to our place. The shipping office, on the other hand, was a complete letdown. They kept telling us they'd ring us back or to just hang tight at home on specific days, but nada happened—no calls, no delivery. But Israel came through with his promises. He definitely earns our personal 5 stars out of 5.
